Types of Cyberbullying


Cyberbullying comes in a variety of ways, here are a few of these different ways

  1. Harassment: Repeatedly sending offensive, rude, or insulting messages.

  2. Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else online to spread lies or damage their reputation. 


  3. Doxxing: Publishing private or sensitive information about someone without their consent.

  4. ExclusionThis is an act of  Deliberately excluding someone from online groups or activities.

  5. Trolling: Posting inflammatory or off-topic comments to provoke emotional responses.

  6. Flaming: Engaging in hostile interactions or arguments in online discussions. 


  7. Outing: Sharing someone’s private information or secrets without permission. 


  8. Cyberstalking: Is the repeated, Persistent, threatening behavior that causes fear or distress.

Each type can have serious emotional and psychological impacts on victims.
