  Effects of Cyberbullying  in areas of our lives


  1. Anxiety and Depression: Victims often experience heightened levels of anxiety and depression, leading to feelings of hopelessness and isolation. 



  2. Low Self-Esteem: Continuous bullying can erode self-worth and confidence, making individuals feel unworthy or inadequate.

  4. Academic Issues: Cyberbullying can distract from schoolwork, leading to declining academic performance and increased absenteeism. 

  5. Suicidal Thoughts: In severe cases, victims may experience suicidal ideation or attempts, highlighting the critical nature of intervention.  




  6. PTSD: Some individuals may develop symptoms similar to post-traumatic stress disorder, including flashbacks and severe emotional distress. This leads into suicidal thoughts
